I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist accepting individuals and families for therapy in New York State. I am currently conducting all sessions via video and phone.
My practice is grounded in building meaningful collaborative relationships with my clients since I believe communication is the foundation for insight and growth. I respect each client’s individuality and aim to support people in becoming the best version of themselves. I strive to create a space where people feel comfortable expressing themselves honestly and it is possible to better understand, navigate, and heal from challenging experiences over time.
I have worked with people with a broad range of ages, experiences, and identifications—from young people to older adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of violence, people coming home after incarceration, immigrants, refugees, and others. I am particularly committed to supporting people of color and others from marginalized communities.
